Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to oversee all plumbing activities during building construction and provide ongoing maintenance for our rental properties The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising plumbing installations ensuring quality control managing plumbing teams and handling repair and maintenance work post-construction About Us We are a premium real estate provider dedicated to crafting living spaces that offer tranquillity serenity and security Specializing in the rental and leasing of luxury apartments our mission is to foster a community where comfort quality and a sense of belonging come together Our focus is on elevating the quality of life for every resident who joins our community Key Responsibilities Construction Phase Supervise and coordinate all on-site plumbing activities across various construction projects Interpret and work from construction drawings and plumbing blueprints to ensure accurate execution Plan and oversee the installation of pipe layouts water supply systems and drainage networks Ensure all plumbing works comply with local building codes safety regulations and project deadlines Collaborate closely with site engineers civil supervisors and other trade professionals to ensure smooth workflow and coordination Maintenance Phase Post-Construction Manage routine and emergency plumbing maintenance for completed rental properties Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks blockages fixture malfunctions and water supply disruptions Maintain accurate service and maintenance records for each property and prepare detailed maintenance reports Schedule dispatch and supervise maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of plumbing issues General Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of plumbers and plumbing assistants helpers Maintain and monitor the inventory of plumbing tools equipment spare parts and materials Ensure efficient material usage and control waste to stay within project budgets Demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to work in office whenever necessary to support the team or resolve critical issues Requirements MEP degree or equivalent preferred 10 years of experience in plumbing with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings Familiarity with construction drawings and plumbing codes Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Sowripalayam Coimbatore Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
