Summary Sr LIMS Programmer - Technical Lead 1 Setup and Troubleshooting of technical issues related to LabVantage Instrument Interfaces Server Environments Bartender Label Printing Software and Jasper Reporting 2 Creation and execution of installation qualification protocols for Quality System s applications such as LabVantage LIMS Empower and other supporting software 3 Assistance in the Change Management Tool CMT process to moving Master Data between environments 4 Create and Maintain Jasper Reports and Bartender Labels 5 Execution of verification protocols to confirm LabVantage reports labels and instrument interfaces 6 Work with business subject matter experts for clarification and acceptance of technical requirements 7 Research connection options troubleshoot and work with various instruments to connect to LabVantage such as balances pH meters moisture analyzers and other various straightforward instruments that can collect a reading or a print output to integrate and capture 8 Build SDMS Collectors for Complex Instruments to connect to LabVantage for data parsing 9 Assist in the configuration of Atlassian products that manage QC Systems Work Management tools 10 Support end-users with LabVantage or Empower activities such as general technical interfaces and troubleshooting connections 11 Perform review of executed verification protocol for system configurations Conduct training to end users and team members whenever required 12 Addressing service desk and JIRA tickets raised by the lab users related to QC Systems 13 Attend the QS Systems meetings project meetings QMS calls monthly review meetings 14 Support for implementation of Lab Vantage LIMS for global sites 15 Work with the corporate team to improve Laboratory Information Management System LIMS applications and provide end-user training as needed ensuring efficient and effective LIMS usage across the organization
