Role Summary The Project Coordinator will be an interface between the Customer and the Project Execution Team alongside working on Project Planning and Estimation Responsibilities Act as the main contact between the client and the project team Maintain a robust relationship with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction Address client concerns and manage expectations effectively Create project quotes from designs drawings and client requirements Plan and schedule projects breaking down tasks and timelines Track progress against the schedule to ensure timely completion Measure and quantify materials quantity take-off based on drawings and site measurements Provide regular updates to clients on project progress expenses and any changes Manage the project budget by tracking all expenses including materials and labor Bill clients and follow up on payments to recover project costs Adjust project costs based on market changes or client requests Desired Profile Skills BTech BE Civil 1-2 Year of Experience as an Estimation Engineer Ready to join Immediately Good with Numbers and Proficiency in MS Excel Negotiation Passion to build customer relationship Strong communication with good command over English and Kannada Job Type Full-time Pay 180 000 00 - 360 000 00 per year Education Bachelor s Required Language Kannada Required Work Location In person
