Job Title Projects Approval Executive Department Sales Projects Location Kasna site-5 Greater Noida Salary 28 000 to 30 000 in hand Experience 2 to 5years Gender Female Industry Screws Fasteners Manufacturing Reporting To Sales Head Sales Director Job Purpose To coordinate and manage the approval process for projects involving screws fasteners and related hardware The role ensures technical compliance timely documentation and smooth approval of projects from clients consultants and internal departments Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Approvals Handle project approval documentation with clients consultants and contractors Ensure that fasteners and screws proposed meet the required technical specifications Liaise with R D Quality and Production teams for product compliance and certifications Documentation Submittals Prepare and submit technical documents product samples and compliance certificates for project approvals Maintain a proper record of all approval-related communications and documents Support in preparing BOQs Bill of Quantities and project tenders when required Client Consultant Interaction Communicate with consultants architects and clients to resolve technical queries Follow up with consultants for timely approvals Present product features perks and certifications during project approval meetings Internal Coordination Work with Sales Production and Quality teams to ensure product readiness as per project requirements Support the sales team in project bidding and execution stages Compliance Standards Coordinate for product testing and third-party approvals when required Key Skills Required Knowledge of screws bolts nuts anchors and other fastening products Strong understanding of project documentation and approval processes Good communication and presentation skills with consultants architects MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint documentation reporting skills Ability to read technical drawings and specifications Coordination and follow-up skills Qualifications Experience Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Civil Industrial Engineering preferred 2-5 years experience in project coordination approvals or sales support in fasteners building materials construction industry Knowledge of BIS ISO or international standards related to fasteners is an added advantage Performance Indicators KPIs Timely submission and approval of documents Number of projects approved successfully Client consultant satisfaction score Reduction in approval leads time Accuracy in documentation and compliance Interested candidates can share their resume on whatsapp- (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 28 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Experience Project Coordination Approvals 2 years Required Documentation Submittals 2 years Required Client Consultant Interaction 2 years Required Internal Coordination 2 years Required Work Location In person
