We are looking for a Creative and Experienced Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of professional experience in branding digital design motion graphics and video editing The ideal candidate should have a robust portfolio confidently lead design projects translate ideas into clear visuals and handle clients directly Experience in mentoring junior designers and managing multiple projects is required Key Responsibilities Conceptualise and create high-quality visual content including social media creatives Posters Videos brochures banners packaging and brand identities Lead the design process from ideation to final execution for internal and external branding projects Directly handle clients understand their requirements and deliver designs that meet expectations Mentor and guide junior designers and interns within the team Collaborate with marketing UI UX and content teams to align visuals with strategic goals Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications Revise and update designs based on feedback and project requirements Stay updated with the latest design trends AI tools and best practices Requirements Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field 2-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer Strong portfolio showcasing branding digital print and social media projects Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro and After Effects Experience in motion graphics and video editing is required Exposure and knowledge in AI Tools and models for designers is appreciated Excellent communication presentation and client-handling skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Job Type Permanent Work Location In person
