Duties 1 Analyze and review patient medical records and clinical documentation 2 Accurately assign ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes based on CMS rules and standards 3 Ensure correct application of risk adjustment models such as HCC CDPS etc 4 Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify any ambiguous documentation 5 Adhere strictly to coding regulations set by CMS and AAPC Requirements 1 CRC certification from AAPC is required 2 Minimum of 1 year of experience in risk adjustment coding is preferred 3 Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM coding and risk adjustment methodologies 4 Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills Contact Person - (phone hidden) (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
