We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI UX Developer to lead the design and user experience of our Hospital Management and Patient Booking Management web application This role is critical in shaping intuitive accessible and responsive interfaces that serve administrators doctors staff and patients across diverse devices and use cases Key Responsibilities Design and implement role-based dashboards for administrators doctors staff and patients ensuring quick access to relevant features Create a streamlined patient booking flow with intuitive appointment scheduling doctor selection and real-time availability Develop responsive layouts optimized for desktops tablets and mobile devices used by hospital personnel and patients Apply a professional healthcare-friendly color scheme e g blue green white to reflect trust cleanliness and care Build intuitive navigation with clearly labeled modules such as Appointments Patient Records Billing and Staff Management Ensure high readability using clean typography medical-friendly iconography and status indicators e g booking confirmations Adhere to WCAG accessibility standards including screen reader compatibility and high-contrast options for patients of all abilities Implement secure login and data entry workflows with visible privacy assurances for sensitive health records and hospital data Integrate real-time notifications and alerts for booking updates cancellations and critical patient information Optimize UI components for fast performance and minimal load times especially during peak hospital usage Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience in UI UX design for web applications preferably in healthcare or enterprise environments Proficiency in Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar design tools Strong knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and responsive design frameworks e g Bootstrap Tailwind Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles Experience with design systems component libraries and cross-platform UI consistency Understanding of HIPAA-compliant design and data privacy best practices is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams What We Offer Opportunity to impact healthcare delivery through thoughtful design Collaborative team workplace with product managers developers and clinicians Flexible work arrangements and competitive compensation Job Type Part-time Pay 6 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Expected hours 20 per week Work Location Remote
