Job Summary

As part of eCrew - Real Estate, Facilities and Administration, you will be responsible for supporting safe, efficient, associate-centric, and cost-effective transport and travel operations for Walmart Global Tech India. The role will focus on managing daily transport operations, employee travel support, vendor coordination, service quality, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, transport and travel partners, finance, security, procurement, and business teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role requires robust operational discipline, stakeholder management, vendor governance, and the ability to drive data-led improvements through dashboards, automation, and digital tools.

What You Will Do
- Manage day-to-day employee transport operations, including cab deployment, route planning, shift-based movement, vendor coordination, exception handling, and associate escalations.
- Oversee business travel support, including coordination with travel partners, policy adherence, booking support, reconciliation, associate guidance, and resolution of travel-related issues.
- Lead transport and travel vendors to ensure service levels are delivered as per agreed contracts, including adherence to SLA, safety, compliance, billing, and operational standards.
