About the Role
As an IT Executive – Desktop & Network Support, you will handle daily technical support activities across desktop support, data networking, and server management. You will set up and test computer systems and peripherals, install and test desktop applications and internet browsers, and troubleshoot systems to ensure proper functioning.
The role also involves identifying potential opportunities and communicating relevant opportunities to the Account Manager as part of ongoing business support.
