About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Performance Marketing Lead to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our Quick Commerce business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital performance marketing, growth campaigns, and marketplace-led commerce with a deep understanding of quick commerce platforms and consumer behavior.

The role requires ownership of end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid channels, campaign optimization, ROI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with product, category, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across Quick Commerce platforms.
- Drive sponsored ads, search ranking optimization, banner campaigns, platform activations, and visibility growth initiatives.
- Own and optimize key business metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, revenue growth, and share of visibility.
- Scale platform-led growth initiatives through data-driven experimentation and campaign optimization.




- Conduct deep analysis of customer behavior, search trends, keyword performance, and competitive benchmarking.
- Partner with category, supply chain, creative, and account management teams toensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage monthly marketing budgets, platform spends, and performance forecasting.
- Identify new growth opportunities, seasonal trends, and platform-specific scaling levers.
- Build and present weekly/monthly business reviews and performance dashboards for leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and drive process excellence within the performance marketing function.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketplace Advertising.
- Strong experience working with Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, D2C, or Marketplace businesses.
- Hands-on expertise with advertising and growth tools across Q-commerce platforms.
