ROLE
- Lead the
technical design and development
of complex ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
- Act as a
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
for ServiceNow platform capabilities, development standards, and best practices.
- Design and develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, integrations, catalog items, and platform configurations.
- develop and maintain integrations using
IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, inbound/outbound integrations, and import/export mechanisms

- Design and implement ServiceNow
ITSM solutions
, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and related processes.
- Develop and maintain
Flow Designer, Legacy Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs

- Design and implement platform security, user administration, roles, groups, permissions, and access controls.
- Configure and optimize
SLAs, notifications, reporting, dashboards, and service management processes

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions, including catalog items, record producers, variables, approvals, and workflows/flows.
- Support
platform upgrades, application deployments, update sets, testing, defect resolution, and release management

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, coding best practices, security guidelines, and platform governance.
