Role Summary

We are looking for a Spares Coordinator to manage spare part requests, inventory,

dispatch coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly organized,

fluent in English, and skilled in Excel-based tracking and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for spare part requests and order
- processing.
- Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update spare parts inventory and movement records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports on spare usage and stock
- levels.
- Ensure proper documentation of invoices, dispatches,



and follow-ups.
- Communicate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and provide status updates.
- Work closely with the service team to support machine breakdowns or
- scheduled maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or
- related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in spare parts management or after-sales support
- (preferably in capital goods or machinery manufacturing).
- Fluent English communication (written & verbal) is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel – including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data formatting.
- Familiar with ERP systems and documentation processes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
