We are looking for a Content Creation Manager who can build and manage a network of creators producing content for Drytis.

This is not a traditional social media manager role.

You won't spend your day making corporate content calendars or writing safe posts that look like every other companies.

We want someone who lives on the internet, understands creators, experiments aggressively, and can turn a group of creators into a high-output content engine.

The Role

As Content Creation Manager, you will be responsible for finding, onboarding, managing, and growing creators who produce content for Drytis.

Your job is not necessarily to create every piece of content yourself.

Your job is to make creators successful.

You will understand what is trending,



identify compelling content opportunities, give creators direction, review their work, analyze performance, and continuously figure out what we should try next.

One week you might experiment with a new short-form format. The next week you might test AI-generated videos, creator-led product demonstrations, memes, street interviews, founder content, or something nobody on the team has tried before.

We don't want someone coming in saying:

"This is how my previous company did social media."

We want someone asking:

"Why don't we try this?"

What You'll Own
- Find and recruit engaging creators across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
- Identify creators who can genuinely understand and communicate the Drytis brand.
- Onboard creators and explain the product, audience, positioning, and content expectations.
- Manage multiple creators simultaneously and keep production moving.
