Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Commvault Administrator/Engineer with solid expertise in Azure DevOps, Backup & Recovery, and Cloud Infrastructure Management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise backup solutions using Commvault while leveraging Azure DevOps for automation, deployment, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support Commvault Backup & Recovery environments.
- Manage backup, restore, disaster recovery, and data protection strategies across on-premises and cloud platforms.
- Design and maintain backup policies, schedules, retention policies, and storage management.
- Implement and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automation and operational processes.
- Automate backup monitoring, reporting, and deployment activities using PowerShell, Shell, or Python scripting.
- Troubleshoot backup failures, performance issues,



and recovery scenarios.
- Integrate Commvault with Azure cloud services and hybrid infrastructure.
- Perform upgrades, patch management, capacity planning, and health checks.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to ensure data protection compliance and availability.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and disaster recovery procedures.

Required Skills
- 8-12 years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Commvault Administration.
- Experience in Backup & Recovery, Disaster Recovery, Data Protection, and Storage Management.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git Repositories, and Release Management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud backup solutions.
- Experience in scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Shell.
