Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Continental Commis 3 to join our kitchen team. This is an entry-level position specializing in European and Western cuisine, supporting senior chefs in food preparation and daily kitchen operations while developing foundational culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with place, including chopping, portioning, and ingredient preparation.
- Support the preparation of Continental dishes, sauces, grills, sautes, and baked items.
- Assist senior chefs and Chef de Partie during kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
- Follow standard recipes and kitchen procedures.
- Learn and develop culinary skills for career progression.

Requirements:
- Fresher or relevant experience in a hotel/restaurant kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of Continental/Western cuisine preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
