Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to support our telecom store’s sales and customer engagement activities. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with prospective and existing customers, promoting telecom products and services, generating leads, and assisting the store team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain and promote telecom products, plans, offers, SIM cards, broadband, DTH, accessories, and other services.
- Generate leads and convert calls into store visits and sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers regarding new connections, upgrades, recharges, renewals, and service requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom products or plans.
- Coordinate with the store sales team for lead conversion and customer visits.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Follow company policies, customer data privacy requirements, and calling guidelines.

Candidate Profile

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or telecom retail preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

- Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
