We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with 4-5 years of experience in Node.js to join our team at Tensech. Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Node.js.
2. Architect robust and efficient APIs to support front-end applications and integrations.
3. Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
4. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
5. Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent security vulnerabilities.
6. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
7. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
8. Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by clients or internal teams.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Node.js development and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements :
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is recommended
2. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js.
3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and asynchronous programming concepts.
4. Experience with frameworks such as Express.js and Nest.js.
5. Solid understanding of database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
6. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
7. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
8. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
