Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.

Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.

Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and other accounting documents.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations regularly.

Monitor daily cash transactions and maintain proper cash records.

Prepare monthly financial reports and provide accounting information to management.

Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other relevant parties when required.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Identify and report accounting discrepancies or irregularities to management.

Support payroll processing and other administrative accounting activities when required.





Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.

Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Education/ Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

Salary

INR 20,000 – 22,000/- per month (Final salary will be discussed during the interview and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience)

Preferred Candidates

Previous experience as an Accountant is preferred.

Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.

Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
