Role overview:

The Designer is responsible for creating beautiful, contemporary, and conversion-driven design solutions for kitchens, wardrobes, and fitted furniture. Reporting to the Design lead, the role combines strong aesthetic sensibility with technical accuracy, process discipline, and commercial awareness. The Designer plays a critical role in enabling booking closures and revenue achievement through compelling design proposals, clear communication, and timely execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design kitchens, wardrobes, and fitted furniture solutions aligned with client requirements and brand standards.
- Prepare accurate CAD drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Recommend materials, finishes, hardware, and configurations balancing aesthetics, functionality, and cost.
- Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, SCM, and Product teams to ensure design feasibility and timely project execution.
- Support booking closures through high-quality, client-focused design proposals.
- Ensure accuracy in drawings, specifications, BOMs,



and costing inputs to minimize rework.
- Participate in client, architect, and consultant meetings to present and refine design concepts.
- Adhere to defined design processes, MIS reporting, and documentation standards.
- Meet KPIs related to design quality, turnaround time, and business support.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 2-7 years of experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or fitted interiors.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; SketchUp/3ds Max preferred.
- Robust understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, and space planning.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and project tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
