Role & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IPC, DPC, commercial real estate consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
- Promote and lease office spaces and managed office solutions through channel partners and direct client engagement.
- Build and continuously expand the channel partner network to generate qualified leasing leads.
- Meet clients, brokers, and corporate occupiers regularly to understand their office-space requirements.
- Visit client offices and professionally present available office spaces, leasing options, and managed office solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market visits, social media, and digital platforms.
- Conduct daily research across LinkedIn and other social media/digital platforms to identify potential companies, decision-makers, brokers, and leasing opportunities.
- Maintain an updated database of channel partners, prospects, companies, and market leads.
- Coordinate site visits, proposals, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.




- Work closely with the internal leasing and management teams to ensure smooth conversion of leads into transactions.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, rental benchmarks, and recent business opportunities.
- Travel across different projects and locations as required to meet clients and channel partners.
- Achieve agreed lead-generation, site-visit, and leasing targets.

Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, office leasing, channel sales, business development, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with IPC, DPC, real estate consultants, brokers, or corporate occupiers will be strongly preferred.
- Candidates with an established commercial real estate network will have an advantage.
- Strong understanding of office leasing and commercial real estate markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and relevant local languages.
