We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven professional with 3–5 years of experience in the FMCG/Food industry to support business growth and strengthen our distribution network.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in the FMCG/Food sector
- Strong market knowledge and relationship-building skills
- Ability to appoint and develop distributors/channel partners
- Experience in handling CSA operations
- Good communication, negotiation, and sales management skills
- Target-oriented with a solid focus on business development

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive market expansion
- Appoint and manage distributors and channel partners




- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Coordinate with CSA and distribution teams for smooth operations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
