Role & responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts and presentations for residential projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist with material, furniture, finishes and colour selections.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants and site teams.
- Assist in taking designs from concept stage through execution.
- Visit project sites and coordinate with the execution team when required.
- Prepare mood boards, presentations and design documentation.
- Ensure design details and finishes are maintained during execution.
- Work closely with the senior design team and contribute creative ideas.
- Stay updated with new materials, products, trends and design solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.
- Experience working on luxury residential projects will be preferred.
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant design software.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture and interior detailing.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
