Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily tea production and packaging operations as per production plan.
- Ensure production and packing targets are achieved within the required time.
- Manage manpower and allocate workers efficiently across production and packaging activities.
- Monitor product quality, weight, sealing, coding, labeling and packaging accuracy.
- Control material wastage, product loss and packaging material consumption.
- Maintain daily production, packing, wastage and manpower records.
- Coordinate with the Factory/Production Manager regarding production issues and machine breakdowns.
