Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Management Engineer – PPC with 4–5 years of relevant experience in data management, PPC planning, MIS reporting, SQL, Power BI, and Advanced Excel. The candidate will be responsible for production planning data, inventory analysis, MIS, reporting automation, and coordination with production and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

PPC Planning & Coordination
- Prepare and maintain production plans based on customer orders, demand, inventory, and production capacity.
- Monitor daily/weekly production schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Track production targets vs. actual production and highlight variances.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor material availability and identify potential shortages affecting production.
- Maintain PPC-related data, trackers, and reports.
- Analyze production capacity,



pending orders, lead times, and bottlenecks.
- Support capacity planning and production scheduling.

Data Management & MIS
- Manage, maintain, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and MIS reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Track KPIs related to production, inventory, procurement, dispatch, and operational performance.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Automate regular reports using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Power Query.

Technical Responsibilities
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
- Develop Power BI dashboards using DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
- Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
