✅ Handle and supervise the stitching line
✅ Manage stitchers and daily manpower
✅ Allocate work to operators as per production requirements
✅ Monitor daily production and achieve targets
✅ Check stitching quality and ensure proper finishing
✅ Coordinate with Cutting, Checking & Packing departments
✅ Handle sampling and recent style/sample production
✅ Maintain smooth workflow on the stitching line
✅ Solve day-to-day production and manpower issues
Significant Requirement:
✅ Candidate must have practical experience in stitching-line supervision
✅ Must understand garment/made-up stitching work and production flow
✅ Candidates with hands-on experience in Bedsheet, Pillow Cover, Curtain, Comforter or similar textile stitching work will be preferred.
