We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketing Intern to join our team at Chiramel Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Telemarketing Intern, you will play a key role in customer interactions, lead generation, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in telemarketing, client communication, and digital presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing and delivering PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for clients.
- Participate in video conferences via Google Meet for meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine telemarketing strategies.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of customer interactions and telemarketing techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in video conferencing (Google Meet) and virtual presentations.
- Ability to create engaging PPT presentations and present effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (preferred).
- Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable speaking over calls.
- Laptop is mandatory (with a reliable internet connection).
