Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – LAP Sales to drive Loan Against Property business through field sales and direct customer acquisition. The role involves identifying prospective customers, generating leads, managing the sales cycle, and achieving business targets.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LAP sales, particularly in the Prime segment with ticket sizes of 1–5 Crores and should currently be working in a field-sales role.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Loan Against Property (LAP)



sales through direct field sourcing and customer acquisition.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels.
- Handle Prime LAP customers with ticket sizes ranging from 1–5 Crores.
- Identify prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, documentation, sanction, and disbursement.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular field visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales, login, and disbursement targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
