We are looking for a motivated Agriculture Inside Sales Executive – Fresher to handle customer enquiries, generate sales through phone calls, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into orders. The candidate should have an interest in agriculture and farming machinery and be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable agriculture products/machinery.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage clearly to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly and convert leads into sales.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM/ERP.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Service teams for order processing.
- Handle customer questions and provide timely responses.
- Maintain regular follow-up until order closure and payment.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Collect customer and competitor feedback and report it to the Team Leader.
