Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication and ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors.
- Handle dental cases, coordinate with doctors, and ensure timely case progression.
- Assist in treatment planning and case discussions.
- Coordinate digital dentistry workflows, including aligner-related cases.
- Maintain accurate case documentation, records, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams, labs, and doctors for seamless case execution.
