This role exists so the Managing Director can step back from day-to-day HR recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, compensation, retention and focus on the business. Right now, all of that runs through the MD personally.



We're looking for someone who can take genuine ownership of the people function, build the systems that don't yet exist, and run them independently bringing the MD in for final calls, not the legwork.
There's no HR team under this role today as the company grows, we plan to add an HR & Payroll Executive to support it. For now, this is a hands-on role covering both HQ and our country teams.
What the Role Owns
Recruitment End to End
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles across HQ and country teams, JD to offer letter.
Source candidates proactively LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, direct outreach.
¢ Run reference checks before every offer.
¢ Flag early if a senior role is drifting toward remote/WFH, so that's a conscious call.
¢ Benchmark salary bands to market before a role is posted.
¢ Maintain a live candidate pipeline tracker.
¢ Use AI tools actively across JDs, screening, and interview prep.
