- Job Description for Databricks/ETL Developer (experience 3-6 years)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using Databricks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
- Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses/data lakes.
- Optimize and troubleshoot Databricks workflows and performance issues.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data integration and Databricks.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Databricks.(Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of any ETL tool (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS).(Mandatory)
- Well-versed in data warehousing and data lake concepts.




- Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)and their data services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Domain Expertise
- Mandatory experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain.
- Good understanding of healthcare/customer master data processes.
- Strong knowledge of MDM entity types such as: Customer, Organization, Product, Payer & Related healthcare and commercial entities
- Understanding of healthcare data hierarchies, affiliations, and relationship management concepts.
- Good knowledge of GxP compliance concepts and regulated environment processes within the Life Sciences industry.
- Exposure to data governance and data quality practices in regulated pharmaceutical environments is preferred.
- Knowledge in SQL to run the query and do the data analysis without any dependency.
