Key Requirements:
- 5–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Payments.
- Solid knowledge of
Payments domain
– UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, SWIFT, ISO 20022, etc.
- Experience in
requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, and UAT
.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams preferred.
