Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and persuasive Business Development Executive (BDE) to sell our marketing service plans to sellers listed on AgriBegri.com. You will be the face of our marketing services to sellers—helping them understand how visibility, promotions, and targeted campaigns on our platform can accelerate their sales. This role demands solid client-facing skills, sharp negotiation, and the versatility to wear multiple hats as you move between pitching, relationship-building, campaign coordination, and post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to existing sellers on AgriBegri.com and pitch tailored marketing plans that align with their business goals.




- Understand each seller's product portfolio, sales patterns, and growth targets to recommend the right marketing package (banner ads, featured listings, promotional campaigns, seasonal push, etc.).
- Conduct product demos, negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with sellers, ensuring renewals, upsells, and high retention.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing, design, and category teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of purchased marketing services.
- Track seller campaign performance, share reports, and demonstrate ROI to encourage repeat investment.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline, deals, and seller communications in the CRM.
- Gather seller feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams to improve our offerings.
