Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, confident and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Guest Relations Executives (GRE) for our Cable Car / Ropeway facility at Athirappilly, Thrissur, Kerala.

The GRE will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, providing information, handling guest enquiries and feedback, supporting smooth visitor movement and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every guest.

- Welcome guests and visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
- Assist guests throughout their visit and provide information regarding Cable Car services, timings, ticketing, boarding procedures and facilities.
- Guide guests towards ticket counters, boarding areas, waiting areas and other facilities.
- Assist in managing guest queues and smooth visitor movement, especially during peak hours.




- Handle guest enquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
- Listen to guest feedback and complaints and ensure appropriate resolution or escalation.
- Coordinate with Front Office, PRO, Billing, Operations, Security and other departments to resolve guest-related issues.
- Assist elderly guests, children, families, differently-abled guests and other visitors requiring special assistance.
- Support VIP guests, tour groups and special visitors as required.
- Ensure guests follow prescribed safety instructions and operational guidelines.
- Assist guests during operational delays, changes or other situations under the direction of the Operations team.
- Collect guest feedback and communicate important observations to the concerned supervisor.
- Support management during weekends, holidays, special events and high-footfall periods.
