We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executives to join our US IT Staffing team.

The role involves identifying IT professionals in the USA and Canada who are actively looking for jobs or new opportunities, connecting with them through platforms such as LinkedIn and other professional portals, introducing our recruitment and staffing services, and converting qualified candidates into potential leads for our recruitment team.

This is a great chance for freshers who want to build a career in US recruitment, IT staffing, business development, or bench sales, as well as experienced professionals who already understand the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify IT professionals and job seekers across the USA and Canada using LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other online platforms.
- Identify candidates who are actively looking for jobs, project opportunities, contract positions, or staffing assistance.
- Send personalized connection requests and professional messages to potential candidates.




- Introduce our recruitment, staffing, and career-support services in a clear and professional manner.
- Engage with candidates through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand candidate profiles, skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job-search requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidate leads.
- Qualify interested candidates and pass relevant leads to the recruitment/bench sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, responses, and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for candidate sourcing, connections, conversations, qualified leads, and conversions.
- Work closely with recruiters and the bench sales team to ensure a smooth lead handoff.

Pay: ₹10,081.87 - ₹15,000.00 per month
