Overview
- 5-8 years of Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experienced Salesforce Engineer focused on designing and implementing AI-driven automation use cases using Salesforce Agentforce across:
- Lead Nurture
- Application Initiation
- Document Upload Verification
- Underwriting
- Pricing Negotiations
- Cross-Sell / Resell
- Customer Application workflows
- This role will drive discussions, governance, and scalable implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Robust understanding of Agentforce components, including Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, Grounding Techniques, and Data Cloud Retrievers.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Flow automation,



and platform customization.
- Experience with Data Cloud, knowledge base structuring, and AI grounding concepts.
- Experience building custom actions using Apex or Flows.
- Knowledge of integrations and Salesforce platform architecture.
- Experience in the Financial Services / Lending domain preferred.
- Ability to design secure document storage and integration patterns.
