We are looking for 3 motivated and customer-focused Sales Travel Agency Assistants to join Travelmojo Holidays, Attingal.
You will assist customers with flight bookings, UAE/GCC visa services, holiday packages and other travel arrangements, while maintaining excellent communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and follow-ups
- Sell and assist with flight tickets, UAE/GCC visas and holiday packages
- Prepare quotations and travel itineraries
- Coordinate with airlines, visa suppliers, hotels and other travel partners
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely updates
- Support repeat business and customer referrals
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a travel agency, ticketing or travel sales role
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel services
- Basic knowledge of airline ticketing and travel documentation
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and computer applications
- Positive attitude, good follow-up skills and willingness to achieve targets
- Previous experience with UAE/GCC travel or visa services is an advantage
