Job Title: Gaming Technical Support Executive- Hyderabad, salary CTC is 5.75 LPA
We are hiring Graduate candidates for a Gaming Technical Support Process. The selected candidates will provide customer support to gamers and end users through phone, email and chat.

The role involves troubleshooting technical issues related to gaming products, software, accounts, subscriptions and services, along with handling basic billing and account-related queries.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone, chat and email.
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues related to games and gaming products.
- Guide customers with account login, installation, setup and configuration issues.
- Help customers with payment, billing, refund and subscription-related queries .
- Explain gaming products, services, features and subscription plans.
- Provide customers with step-by-step solutions to their problems.




- Create and update support tickets for customer issues.
- Record customer conversations and solutions in the system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Strong English communication skills
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of computers, software and internet troubleshooting
- Good typing and multitasking skills
- Interest in gaming and technology is preferred
- Comfortable handling customers through Phone, Email & Chat
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if applicable
