We are looking for a Senior Facebook & Instagram Ads Specialist with proven experience managing high-performing Meta advertising campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS and efficient customer acquisition costs. This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing substantial advertising budgets and can make performance decisions based on data.

Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, and CPA.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Develop prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
- Test creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.




- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
- Proven ability to scale profitable campaigns.
- Experience with eCommerce and/or lead generation.
- Solid understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversion metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing $50k+ monthly ad spend.
- Previous agency or multi-client experience.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple countries or markets.
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and advanced conversion tracking.
