HyperMindZ is building the infrastructure for agentic advertising — enabling AI agents representing buyers, sellers, data providers, and technology platforms to discover, negotiate, and transact across the advertising ecosystem.

We are working with leading companies across media, advertising technology, data, and agencies as the industry begins its transition toward agent-driven media commerce.

We are now looking for an experienced
Head of Agency Sales
to lead our agency go-to-market strategy and help establish HyperMindZ with major agency holding companies and independent agencies.

The Role

This is a senior commercial leadership role with significant ownership and the opportunity to help build the agency business from the ground up.

You will work directly with the founders and leadership team to:
- Build and own HyperMindZ's agency sales strategy
- Develop relationships across major agency holding companies and leading independents




- Identify and close strategic agency partnerships and enterprise opportunities
- Introduce agencies to new agentic workflows across planning, buying, activation, and media transactions
- Build a repeatable commercial playbook as the market develops
- Help shape product and positioning based on direct agency feedback
- Build and ultimately lead the broader agency sales organization

Who We're Looking For

You have:
- 10+ years of experience in agency, AdTech, MarTech, media, or enterprise advertising sales
- Deep relationships across agencies and agency holding companies
- A robust track record of opening and closing complex enterprise relationships
- Experience selling new technology or creating new categories
- The credibility to engage agency executives, investment teams, product leaders, and practitioners
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build, not simply inherit, a sales organization
