About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Technology Transfer team. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in Solid Oral Dosage Forms (Tablets, Capsules), Oral Liquids, and Topical Formulations, with hands-on experience in product scale-up, technology transfer, process validation, and commercialization activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support technology transfer activities from R&D; to manufacturing sites for Solid Orals, Oral Liquids, and Topical products.
- Plan and execute scale-up batches, exhibit batches, validation batches, and commercial batches.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and Supply Chain during product transfer and commercialization.
- Prepare and review technology transfer documents, manufacturing instructions, protocols, reports, and risk assessments.
- Support process validation, Process Performance Qualification (PPQ), and continued process verification activities.




- Provide technical support for commercial manufacturing, process troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure successful transfer of manufacturing processes while maintaining product quality, compliance, and timelines.
- Participate in investigations, change controls, deviations, CAPA, and implementation of process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external manufacturing sites to ensure smooth product launches and commercialization.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.

Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics or related pharmaceutical discipline.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Technology Transfer, Formulation Development, or Manufacturing Support.
- Experience with Solid Oral Dosage Forms, Oral Liquids, and Topical Formulations is mandatory.
