We are looking for a agile, ambitious, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing pharmaceutical team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, client relationship management, and business growth and want to build a long-term career in the pharmaceutical industry.As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding market reach, building strong client partnerships, and contributing directly to the organisation’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international pharmaceutical markets.
- Generate qualified leads and build long-term relationships with distributors, healthcare partners, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities,



and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and business reports.
- Represent the organisation at client meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
