Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality German translations for various IT-related documents, including technical manuals, user guides, and software localizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of translated materials.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on translated content to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of IT terminology in both English and German languages.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience as a freelance German translator specializing in IT/software localization.
- Proficiency in Italian language is an asset but not required.
- Solid knowledge of German language (C1 level) with excellent translation skills into English.
