* Provide priority P1 support to VIPs.
* Personalize service delivery with proactive issue resolution.
*Support Apple and Windows devices, conferencing systems.
*Ensure zero SLA breach for VIP tickets.
*Conduct pre-meeting tech checks and provide live support for high-profile executive meetings, hybrid conferences (Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and town halls Manage, configure, and maintain Apple Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Jamf Pro, or Microsoft Intune) for enterprise Mac endpoints
*Design and deploy configuration profiles, security policies, macOS patch management workflows, and application packages via Jamf/MDM .
