Hiring for RCM Manager / Senior Manager

Department : Revenue Cycle Management

The position handles developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs for the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) vertical at PrimEra. Senior Manager - Training ensures that all staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to perfect revenue cycle processes, enhance productivity, and keep compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- I am currently working as a Manager or Sr Manager in AR (Accounts Receivables) for the past 2 years on papers.
- Experience in Operations for more than 10 years is must
- Specialize in Hospital Billing, AR Follow up, In Patient AR, Outpatient AR, Appeals, EVBV is mandatory
- Experience in AR follow up and Denials




- Experience in end-to-end RCM or Revenue Cycle management
- Experience in US healthcare and AR Follow is must
- Experience in AR Operations for more than 10 Years is must

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor/master's degree mandatory.
- Experience in AR Follow Up and Denials and end to end RCM or Revenue Cycle Management.
- Preferably experienced in Hospital Billing
- Minimum 8 + years in leadership position
- Proficient in RCM Knowledge, report analysis, and MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
