We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer / EHS Officer to ensure safe working conditions at the project site and compliance with Customer EHS Guidelines and BOCW Act, 1996 requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of EHS policies and procedures at the project site.
- Ensure compliance with BOCW 1996 rules and applicable safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training and awareness programs.
- Ensure proper availability and usage of PPE at the site.
- Monitor construction activities and ensure safe work practices.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports and EHS documentation.
- Conduct incident/accident investigations and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors and client representatives on EHS matters.
- Ensure compliance with Customer EHS Guidelines and site-specific safety requirements.

Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / Degree / Diploma in Engineering,



Technology or Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Degree / Diploma / PG Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Government Authorized Board/University.
- Industrial Safety qualification should include Construction Safety as a subject/paper/module.
- Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in construction/site safety.
- Positive knowledge of construction safety practices, PPE, risk assessment and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of BOCW Act, 1996 and applicable EHS regulations.

Preferred Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to conduct safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Strong knowledge of construction site hazards and preventive measures.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.

Significant Requirement

Candidates must have a valid Industrial Safety qualification from a Government Authorized Board/University as per Customer EHS Guidelines
