requirements from stakeholders and help translate them into engaging and effective learning experiences Support the coordination and execution of learning programs ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and contributing to successful delivery Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs by gathering feedback and providing insights for continuous improvement Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualification Bachelor s degree in human resources Organizational Development Communications or a related field or experience 3 years of experience in onboarding learning development employee experience or a related HR function Proven ability to facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions with diverse employee groups Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Office Teams Power Point and Learning Management Systems Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and work effectively with key stakeholders Passion for creating inclusive and welcoming employee experiences that align with organizational values Robust attention to
