We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect with Minimum 5 years of experience in building plan work including preparation of 2D and 3D designs working drawings and landscape layouts The candidate must be technically sound detail-oriented and capable of handling both design and coordination aspects of architectural planning Key Responsibilities Prepare 2D detailed drawings submission drawings and working drawings for residential commercial or industrial projects Develop 3D models rendered views and walkthroughs for client presentations Design and plan landscaping open areas and outdoor site layouts Ensure all drawings comply with local bye-laws NBC and other relevant building regulations Coordinate with clients civil engineers contractors and consultants for design inputs and revisions Assist in preparing documents required for municipal approvals and permissions Conduct site visits to understand conditions verify measurements and ensure design implementation Provide input for basic BOQs material selection and space utilization Maintain all drawing records in a well-organized format Key Skills Tools Proficient in AutoCAD - 2D detailed drafting and layouts SketchUp - 3D modeling Lumion V-Ray - Rendering and walkthroughs Strong understanding of submission drawing standards working drawing formats and landscape design Familiar with building materials finishes and construction methods Excellent attention to detail and design accuracy Solid communication skills and team coordination ability Eligibility Requirements B Arch M Arch from a recognized institute 5 years of hands-on experience in architectural planning drawing and 3D modeling Must be CoA Council of Architecture registered A portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
