Profile Document Position Production Junior Executive Experience - Fresher to 1 year Salary CTC 2 1 - 2 4 LPA Location Factory - Jhilmil Industrial Area East Delhi Delhi 110095 Male candidate only About Us We are a leading manufacturer of wires and cables specializing in electronic data signal control and instrumentation cables With 28 years of expertise we deliver high-quality reliable solutions for diverse B2B industrial clients managing 800 SKUs across India Our growth is powered by advanced manufacturing systems and a results-driven team culture Job Overview We are looking for a Production Junior Executive Assistant Supervisor Trainee to join our East Delhi manufacturing plant Reporting to the Production Head you will assist with on-ground manufacturing support production planning and workforce supervision and gain hands-on experience with cable production machines The ideal candidate holds a technical diploma ITI B Voc B Sc is eager to learn manufacturing workflow and aspires to grow into a supervisory production role Any prior experience or industrial training in manufacturing production will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities 1 Assist Production Head Support and coordinate daily shop-floor activities and shift schedules working closely under Production Head s supervision 2 Machine Operation Familiarization Learn operation of wire drawing extrusion stranding bunching sheathing and armoring machines 3 Production Process Management Track production plans raw material flow in-process inventory and finished goods movement across stages 4 Quality Awareness Observe and support basic tests such as conductor insulation checks spark high-voltage tests and ensure compliance to process instructions 5 Workforce Supervision Learn to guide operators helpers allocate work as instructed monitor performance and encourage protected work practices 6 Reporting Documentation Maintain basic shift reports downtime event logs material usage and machine-wise production data on paper or Excel 7 Daily Maintenance Support Support routine checks machine housekeeping and timely flagging of machine faults or production bottlenecks 8 Continuous Improvement Suggest improvements for reducing waste minimizing downtime and improving productivity where possible Qualifications Education any one Diploma Polytechnic in Electrical Electronics Mechanical Mechatronics Instrumentation Engineering ITI Electrician Machine Maintenance Fitter Electronics B Voc in Production Industrial Automation Electrical Manufacturing B Sc Physics Electronics Industrial Science with hands-on industrial training Experience Fresher or up to 1 year in a technical production background wires cables or any electrical mechanical manufacturing preferable Final-year internship or practical training in a manufacturing unit will be highly appreciated Technical Skills Required Basic understanding of shop-floor electrical mechanical machines and safety Willingness to learn production processes manufacturing workflow and quality controls Familiarity with production workshop documentation basic Excel preferred Strong problem-solving approach discipline and willingness to work in a plant environment Aptitude and interest for a manufacturing career Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay Up to 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
