We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to manage in office activities for our major plumbing contracts The ideal candidate will oversee daily work schedules material management team coordination and ensure timely and quality execution of plumbing tasks as per project specifications Key Responsibilities Work Scheduling Plan assign and monitor daily tasks for plumbing teams and subcontractors to ensure timely progress Material Arrangement Coordinate with the procurement team for the timely delivery and availability of plumbing materials tools and equipment at site Team Supervision Supervise plumbers helpers and site assistants ensuring compliance with safety standards and work quality Measurements Reporting Take accurate site measurements maintain daily progress reports and assist in preparing work completion records Site Coordination Liaise with other contractors consultants and engineers on site to ensure seamless execution of plumbing works Quality Compliance Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings technical specifications and industry standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 20 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Kochi Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Diploma Preferred Work Location In person
